MOUNTAIN VALLEY APARTMENTS 2010 KIA FORTE GIVEAWAY
Official Rules:
1. Sponsor: Ackerman Road Apartments, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company.
2. Eligibility: No purchase necessary. The contest is open to legal United States residents 18 years of age or older, who are currently now residents of the Mountain Valley Apartments and/or those persons who become qualified residents of Mountain Valley Apartments. Void where prohibited by law. The contest is open to current Mountain Valley Apartment residents who enter into a lease renewal, for a lease with an expiration date of July 31, 2011; current Mountain Valley Apartment residents who provide a qualified referral and that referral enters into a lease agreement with an expiration date of July 31, 2001; and legal United States residents 18 years of age or older, who enter into a qualified lease agreement with the Ackerman Road Apartments, LLC with an expiration date of July 31, 2001. Employees and their immediate family members or persons who live in the same household of Ackerman Road Apartments, LLC, Mega Builders, LLC and their respective affiliates, partners, and/or their advertising and promotional agencies, are not eligible to enter or win. By entering you agree to these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Ackerman Road Apartments, LLC, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
3. Entry: One entry will be given to each current resident of the Mountain Valley Apartments who enter into a lease renewal with the renewal term expiring on July 31, 2011. One entry will be given to each current resident of the Mountain Valley Apartments for each Qualified Referral provided. A Qualified Referral is defined as each a new resident entering into a qualified lease agreement with an expiration date of July 31, 2011. One entry for each non-resident of the Mountain Valley Apartments who enter into a qualified lease agreement with an expiration date of July 31, 2011. Each entry satisfies the express written permission required allowing Ackerman Road Apartments, LLC to send fax and or email solicitations and/or advertisements. All entries are the property of Ackerman Road Apartments, LLC.
4. Prize/Odds: The prize is a 2011 KIA Forte. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No substitution or cash equivalent will be made. Ackerman Road Apartments, LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the awarded prize is unavailable for any reason. Odds of winning in the contest depend on the number of eligible entries received. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted. Federal and State taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Additi onally, all registration fees for the prize including, but not limited to, taxes, title and tag are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must provide proof of age, photo identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Ackerman Road Apartments, LLC reserves the right to deny awarding the prize if the winner fails to provide satisfactory identification, as determined in Ackerman Road Apartments, LLC sole discretion. In addition, winners agree to execute an affidavit of eligibility, indemnification and release of liability before any prize is awarded. Failure to execute any of these documents or comply with any of the terms will result in forfeiture of the prize. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
